Berne Reuben joined Hersh & Hersh in May 2003, and has been Of counsel since 2006. Berne has been an attorney since 1977. Although he has handled many types of cases on behalf of victims, Berne has dedicated himself to cases where there is mistreatment of an individual, primarily in the areas of Insurance Bad Faith Litigation, Discrimination and Harassment.

I have always been dedicated to righting the wrongs perpetrated by bad guys on good guys, trying to obtain some justice and rectify the damage to individuals mistreated and harmed by wrongful actions. I will carry on with that practice in my new role at Hersh and Hersh.
